Panasva is operated from Spring Valley Plantations, Munnar–Thekkady Highway, Chathurangapara, Idukki 685554, Kerala, India. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Panasva, and "you" means anyone who uses this website.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to sell you cardamom and answer your questions.

When you place an order: your name, delivery address, email address and telephone number, and what you ordered.
When you write to us through a form on this site, by email or on WhatsApp: your name, contact details and whatever you tell us in the message.
When you make a trade enquiry: additionally your company name, country, required grade, quantity and packing.
When you sign up for our newsletter: your email address.
Automatically, as you browse: standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visited, used to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful.

Orders are paid in cash on delivery, to the courier. We do not take card or bank details on this website.

Why we use it

To take, pack, dispatch and deliver your order, and to tell you where it is.
To answer your enquiry, and to quote for a trade or export requirement.
To send you the newsletter, if you have asked for it.
To meet our obligations under Indian law, including tax and food-safety record keeping.
To keep the website secure and to improve it.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary, with:

Couriers and logistics partners, so that a parcel can reach you.
Our website and email providers, who host this site and our mail.
Government authorities, where the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not pass your email address to anybody for their own marketing.

Marketing

We will only send you marketing email if you have asked us to. Every newsletter carries an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to stop by writing to connect@panasva.com. Messages about an order you have actually placed, such as a dispatch note or a delivery update, are not marketing and will continue.

Cookies

This site uses cookies that are necessary for it to work: remembering what is in your cart, and keeping you signed in if you have an account. If we later add analytics or advertising cookies, we will ask for your consent first and this section will be updated to list them.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Enquiry correspondence is kept while it is useful to answer you and for a reasonable period afterwards. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Keeping it safe

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections to this website and restricting access to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct anything that is wrong, to delete information we no longer need to keep, and to stop sending you marketing. Children

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
