Every order leaves from the estate at Spring Valley Plantations, Chathurangapara, in Idukki district, Kerala. Nothing is drop-shipped and nothing is packed by a third party. The same people who grade the cardamom put it in the box.
Delivery estimates are estimates. Weather in the Ghats, festival season and courier backlogs all move them, and we would rather tell you that than quote a date we cannot control.
We ship outside India for bulk orders only, and these are paid in full in advance. Retail packs are delivered within India only. Write to connect@panasva.com with your destination and quantity and we will quote it, or see the wholesale and export page.
Any customs duty, import tax or clearance charge in the destination country is payable by you, and is not included in what you pay us.
Tins and pouches are moisture-protected and food-grade hygienically sealed at the estate, then boxed with enough packing that a courier cannot crush them. Cardamom is aromatic enough that a well-sealed parcel still smells of it when it arrives. That is the seal doing its job, not a leak.
When your parcel leaves us, we send you the bill and the tracking ID by email or WhatsApp. If the tracking has not moved for several days, call 870-877-3237 with your order number and we will chase the courier ourselves rather than asking you to. As you pay on delivery, you never pay for a parcel that does not reach you.
You may cancel an order for any reason before it is dispatched. Every order is cash on delivery, so nothing has been paid and nothing is owed. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled.
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Panasva cardamom is a food product, sealed at the estate, and once an order has left us it cannot be taken back or swapped. Please check the pack size and quantity before you order.
This does not affect any right you have in law where goods are defective or not as described.

Straight from the estate
What the estate is doing, when the new lot is packed, and the odd recipe from our own kitchen. No more than that.
We write rarely and never pass your address on.
