In the kitchen
It is so aromatic that a little goes a long way.
A few crushed pods in the oil build the base of a biryani or pulao. Ground fresh, they brighten a homemade garam masala.
A pinch, freshly ground, cuts the richness of dark chocolate. It is the signature of payasam and kesari bath.
Crush one pod into the morning chai, or steep it with coffee. Simmer the empty husks with sugar for a spiced syrup.

Cash on delivery anywhere in India. Delivery is free on orders above ₹1,999; below that, a pincode-based charge is added at checkout.
